Walking the Talk

I read an article from hellawella.com on ten ways of being a Good Samaritan, which I must say was quite a captivating read. It must interest you to know that Samaritan acts should be something natural we exude as human beings. It’s apparent everyone has the consciousness that just one singular act of your kindness could save a hopeless case.
I would list some Samaritan acts as described by hellawella.com

  Ø Taking a neighbor’s dog for a walk
Ø  Helping a coworker with a few menial tasks
Ø  Paying for coffee for the person in line behind you
Ø  Helping out a service worker who is struggling
  Ø  Teaching someone to read
  Ø  Feeding the hungry
Ø  Saving up and donating for a worthy cause

These are all brilliant ideas… hope, you agree with me

All About the Good Samaritan of Nigeria Project

Mission: The purpose of this forum is to reach out, and celebrate the uncelebrated Nigerian(s), who chose to act courageously and fearlessly in an extremely challenging situation.
Vision: We are looking forward to restoring the pride of Nigeria, particularly, to celebrate ambassadors of love instead of hate. To raise a voice that demonstrates that we can still be our brother’s keeper. To reinstate a Nation that was once a pride of many.  After all, that used to be the Nigeria we once were identified with-a famous nation, a people who loved and cared for one another. A nation of good Samaritans! We are a people who love and genuinely care for one another. So please let’s join hands to restore that great Nigeria again! It is not surprising that we were once adjudged one of the happiest people on earth!
